No connection with ELM327!

Does establish connection with orig. ELM327 but no data are processed. Dongle, like 4 other OBD-apps I have, indicates data-flow but no reaction on gauges! Some tabs say "no connection"! But it is connected!
No contact to anybody responsible, only to a wiki-page. No help, no service?
